Bogotá D.C. | Hybrid Modality (3 days home - 2 days office)

An important multinational company in the automation, electrification, and engineering sector is looking for a Buyer to cover a maternity leave.

We are looking for professionals with experience in procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier management, who possess analytical skills, result orientation, and the ability to work in dynamic environments.

Main Functions

• Identify, create, qualify, and evaluate suppliers.
• Manage audits and supplier documentation in SAP Ariba.
• Request, analyze, and compare commercial offers.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual conditions.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders.
• Manage the closing of orders in ERP.
• Prepare and follow up on contracts.
• Manage purchases related to electrical engineering services, automation, and project electrification.

Requirements

• Professional in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related careers.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, and negotiation processes with suppliers.
• Experience in purchasing services, engineering projects, automation, electrification, or industrial sectors (desirable).
• Intermediate - advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ERP and preferably SAP Ariba.
• Intermediate English (B1) with the ability to write emails and hold simple conversations.

Conditions

• Salary: $6.300.000
• Hybrid modality.
• Location: Paralelo 108, Bogotá.
• Temporary contract for maternity leave replacement.
