FINANCE COORDINATOR - POLARIS DEPLOYMENT - FRANCE (M/F)

Under the supervision of the Tools, Training and Projects Service Manager, your mission will be to ensure the deployment of the Polaris financing plan component in country offices and to guarantee the sustainability of training and support mechanisms for users. In this framework, your responsibilities will be to: Organize and ensure the deployment of country offices on Polaris Ensure training for new Polaris users in the region and in country offices Provide functional support to tool users Provide users with documentation relating to the use of the tool and associated processes.

You hold a higher education degree in financial management, and you have at least 2 years of field experience in a Finance Manager position, in charge of the financial management of a country office. You have technical skills in the following areas: budget cycles, project monitoring, accrual and cash accounting, donor reporting standards, instructional design, project management. You have an advanced Excel level. You are pedagogical and have good communication and problem-solving skills. Working in an international environment, you are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
