What are we looking for? We are hiring Receptionists with a positive attitude, customer orientation, and a desire to grow in the hotel sector. Your main functions will be: Provide excellent customer/guest service throughout their stay at the hotel, always showing availability for any requirement according to the standards required by the chain. Act empathetically with the customer, follow the established reception processes for the area. Perform guest check-in, completing the registration form, proceeding with the delivery of keys, and guiding them to their respective rooms. Perform guest check-out, executing the closing of invoices, receiving payments, as well as setting up/organizing the respective processes. Guarantee compliance with reception procedures, as well as preparing the "Auto-Control" processes and procedures. Receive customer needs, passing the information immediately to the relevant areas for resolution and follow-up. Receive guests/customers at the reception or by telephone, identifying them and providing various information and clarifications (reservations, airfare confirmation, local addresses/phone numbers, complaints, etc.). Mediate conflicts and intervene in critical/atypical situations. Comply with the preparation and follow-up of shift checklists and with assigned responsibilities, keeping the cash drawer balanced. Must guarantee compliance with reception procedures and the processes indicated by the FOCUS. At the change of shift, report incidents and pending matters in clear language. Provide a completely warm welcome, with good posture and a pleasant smile; always show availability for communication, help, and resolving doubts for all customers. Be very empathetic when listening to their requirements or complaints, while simultaneously acting with efficiency in solving them during and after their stay. Manage compliance with ALL goals and all those goals that have been implemented for the brand. Be an active agent and faithful Heartist representative who places the customer at the "heart" of everything done so that their experience is unique and unforgettable. Executing other necessary attributions according to the needs of the area.
Technical or higher studies in tourism, hospitality, or compatible fields, advanced knowledge in Office. Desirable knowledge in Sistema Opera or any other Hotel software. Previous experience in reception or customer service (highly valued in hotels) Basic or intermediate level of English (other languages will be valued) Communication skills and customer orientation Proactive, organized, and decisive attitude Availability to work in shifts
