At Pullman San Isidro, we are looking for a person passionate about the hotel sector and with a strong commercial orientation to take on the challenge of Leisure Executive, managing our portfolio of travel agencies and developing new business opportunities. Functions: Manage and develop the travel agency portfolio, strengthening commercial relationships and generating new business opportunities. Conduct commercial visits to current and potential clients, identifying opportunities for growth and loyalty. Negotiate rates, commercial conditions, and agreements with travel agencies, in accordance with hotel policies. Monitor sales and results for each agency, identifying opportunities to meet commercial objectives. Coordinate with the different areas of the hotel the implementation of agreed rates and commercial conditions. Develop commercial strategies and campaigns and represent the hotel at fairs, events, and activities linked to the tourism sector, at national and international levels.

Technical or university degree in Hotel Administration, Tourism, Administration, or related careers. 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial positions, hotel sales, or related to the tourism sector. Experience in travel agency management and negotiation of rates/commercial conditions. Advanced English. Proficiency in Opera and Excel. Customer and results orientation. Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Proactivity, organization, and negotiation skills.
