Mechanical Engineer

• Design and develop mechanical parts for Fiber Optic Transceiver and electronic devices used in Cleanroom
• Design Housing, Bracket, Heat Sink, and high-precision Precision parts
• Prepare and update 2D/3D Drawing and BOM
• Control Tolerance and GD&T to be suitable for Optical Alignment and Assembly in Cleanroom
• Design and improve Jig, Fixture, and Tooling for assembly processes in Cleanroom
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) from Prototype to Mass Production
• Analyze and solve mechanical problems occurring in the production line, such as Deformation, Thermal Issue, Assembly Issue
• Improve manufacturing processes to increase Yield, reduce Scrap, and reduce Particle Contamination
• Work with R&D, Process, Quality, and Production teams under Cleanroom requirements
• Coordinate with Suppliers to develop and improve mechanical parts
• Support Reliability testing such as Thermal Cycling, Vibration, Shock, and Environmental Test
• Prepare engineering documentation and perform work in compliance with quality systems and Cleanroom requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related fields Male or Female, aged 25-35 years 2-5 years of work experience in mechanical engineering within the electronics industry, Semiconductor, Optoelectronics, Cleanroom Environment, or Precision Manufacturing will be given special consideration Knowledge of high-precision mechanical parts (Precision Mechanical Parts) Able to use 3D CAD design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, CATIA, or equivalent Knowledge of Precision Mechanical Design, Tolerance, and GD&T affecting Optical Alignment Understanding of DFM / DFA and manufacturing processes suitable for Cleanroom Experience or knowledge regarding Fixture, Jig, Automation Equipment, or Assembly Line will be given special consideration Basic understanding of Thermal Management, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) prevention, and material selection suitable for Cleanroom Able to work effectively with R&D, Process, Quality, and Production teams Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure Able to read, write, and communicate well in technical English
