MISSION The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analyst, with a focus on CRM, will play a strategic role in the management, governance, and evolution of the Allergan Aesthetics (an AbbVie company) CRM.
The role will be responsible for acting as the CRM guardian, ensuring that the platform, its processes, and data are aligned with business needs, commercial strategies, and the company's compliance policies, in partnership with Effectiveness leadership. The position will work closely with the sales force, evaluating demands, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that the CRM evolution occurs in a structured, sustainable, and business-oriented manner.
In addition to CRM management, the role will be responsible for supporting sales force execution and productivity through the management of reports, dashboards, indicators, and analyses, transforming data into actionable insights that support leadership in decision-making and improving commercial performance.
The role will act in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, AMI, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, IT, Business Excellence, and other relevant stakeholders, connecting business needs, technology, data, and processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES CRM Management and Governance Act as the main focal point and guardian of the CRM, ensuring its proper use, evolution, and adherence to business needs. Manage and optimize configurations, functionalities, workflows, reports, and other CRM components related to commercial operations. Ensure the quality, integrity, consistency, and reliability of the data maintained in the CRM. Structure and monitor processes for the creation, maintenance, association, and dissociation of accounts, ensuring adherence to Data Governance, Master Data Management principles, and compliance policies. Identify risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities related to CRM usage and data management. Ensure that CRM processes and functionalities are aligned with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate guidelines. CRM Evolution and Demand Management Receive, analyze, and prioritize CRM-related demands, critically evaluating their necessity, impact, and alignment with business strategies and processes. Question assumptions and propose alternatives when necessary, avoiding the implementation of solutions that generate complexity, risks, or negative impacts on the operation. Translate business needs into functional requirements for IT, vendors, and technical teams. Coordinate the implementation, testing, validation, and monitoring of CRM improvements and new functionalities. Work with IT, global teams, and vendors to resolve problems and evolve the platform. Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and standardization of commercial processes through the CRM. Reporting, Analytics, and Sales Force Effectiveness Manage the production, maintenance, and evolution of the main reports, dashboards, and indicators used in sales force management. Develop and maintain dashboards and analyses using Power BI, Excel, and CRM tools, ensuring the quality and reliability of information. Monitor commercial execution indicators, productivity, customer coverage, CRM usage, and other relevant KPIs. Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and deviations in sales force execution. Transform data into clear, assertive, and actionable insights aimed at improving commercial productivity and effectiveness. Support leadership in interpreting results and defining improvement opportunities and actions. Processes, Execution, and Adoption Work in partnership with commercial leadership to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in sales force processes. Develop and implement standardized processes related to commercial execution and CRM usage, ensuring consistency and governance. Monitor sales force adherence to established processes and tools, identifying improvement opportunities. Support the implementation of new strategies, tools, and technologies that increase sales force productivity and effectiveness. Act as a CRM functional reference, offering training, support, and guidance to users. Develop training materials and initiatives to promote the correct use of the CRM and analytical tools. Collaboration and Communication Act as a strategic partner to the Sales, Marketing, AMI, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, IT, Business Excellence, and other relevant stakeholders. Act as a link between business needs and the technical teams that provide support for the CRM and related systems. Prepare analyses, executive materials, and recommendations for leadership and decision-making forums. Clearly communicate risks, opportunities, trends, and recommendations related to the CRM, data, and sales force effectiveness. Influence stakeholders through arguments based on data, business vision, processes, and governance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in areas related to Business, Analytics, Technology, Data Management, or Sales Management will be considered a plus;
- Certification in Salesforce or related areas will be considered a plus;
- Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Sales Operations, CRM, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related areas;
- Experience with administration, management, or evolution of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM;
- Experience with commercial performance data analysis and generating insights for decision-making;
- Experience in building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel;
- Experience interacting with cross-functional areas and stakeholders at different levels, including leadership;
- Experience in process management, projects, and/or vendor management will be considered a plus;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, aesthetics sector, or in regulated environments will be considered a plus;
- Knowledge of customer management, Data Governance, Data Quality, and Compliance requirements applicable to CRM usage;
- Ability to transform data into assertive insights directed at sales force productivity and effectiveness;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI;
- Intermediate/advanced English.
