Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) – Recruitment | Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Your tasks:

• Independent processing of orders from entry to invoice creation
• Organization and coordination of worldwide import and export shipments including deadline monitoring
• Coordination with freight forwarders, warehouse service providers, customers, and suppliers
• Creation and checking of shipping, freight, and customs documents (e.g., delivery notes, invoices, packing lists)
• Maintenance of customer and order data in the inventory management or ERP system

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training, e.g., in wholesale and foreign trade management or as an industrial clerk
• Confident handling of MS Office; ideally initial experience with ERP systems
• Good English skills in speaking and writing for communication with international customers and suppliers
• Knowledge of import/export processing is an advantage
• Structured, reliable way of working, organizational talent, and enjoyment of coordinative tasks in a team
