Director, Commercial Legal Affairs

A global company requires an experienced lawyer to lead the commercial-legal field in the organization, reporting to the Legal VP. The role includes broad responsibility for the legal accompaniment of business activities in Israel and abroad, ongoing work with the company's management and business units, and leading commercial processes and cross-organizational projects.

Responsibilities:

• Legal accompaniment of complex commercial engagements and processes.
• Ongoing consulting to procurement, business development, marketing, sales, operations, and other units within the organization.
• Legal support in business decision-making and leading strategic moves.
• Working with external legal advisors in Israel and abroad.
• Improvement and implementation of workflows, procedures, and engagement mechanisms.
• Leading and participating in cross-organizational projects and management forums.

Lawyer:

• At least 8 years of experience, including significant experience in the legal department of a business organization.
• Significant experience in commercial accompaniment and complex engagements.
• Very high level of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple interfaces simultaneously, and possess a broad business vision.
• Legal experience in the pharma field – advantage
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Experience working with AI tools – advantage
