Electrical Power Engineer within Secondary Systems & Control Systems for APOCCA
Apocca is now seeking an experienced electrical power engineer with expertise in secondary systems, relay protection, and electrical design for MV/HV installations. Here, you will have the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while becoming an important part of developing Apocca's competence and working methods within the field.
We are looking for someone with solid experience in electrical power who enjoys working at the design and engineering level. You will have a varied role where you both work on customer projects and participate in developing internal solutions, templates, and working methods.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an electrical power engineer, you will work with the engineering and design of electrical power systems and control systems within high voltage. You will become part of a technical team and collaborate with, among others, automation engineers and electrical designers.
You will, among other things, work with:
- Engineering, design, and construction of electrical power systems for MV/HV installations
- Secondary systems and relay protection
- Electrical and circuit diagrams as well as technical documentation
- Engineering from the quotation stage to implementation
- Customer dialogues and technical discussions
- FAT, SAT, and commissioning
- Development of internal templates, type drawings or standard drawings, and working methods
Projects can vary and include, for example, energy and high-voltage installations, hospitals, data centers, and battery storage systems. The role also involves the opportunity to participate in developing Apocca's internal competence in the field.
YOUR PROFILE
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical power
- Experience with secondary systems and relay protection
- Experience in electrical design for MV/HV installations
- Experience in design and engineering, not just practical work
- A good understanding of and experience in constructing and reading electrical diagrams
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have experience with IEC 61850 and established relay protection platforms such as Siemens SIPROTEC or ABB/Hitachi Energy Relion. Experience with FAT, SAT, and commissioning is also meritorious.
We would like to see that you have worked on similar projects in recent years, for example, within energy, industry, or technical consultancy.
