Position

Within the legal department, you will participate in various ongoing legal projects by applying current regulations.

In this context, your main missions are:

Draft, analyze, and negotiate commercial contracts, primarily with our clients but also with our suppliers and partners: master service agreements (MSA), non-disclosure agreements (NDA), service agreements, license agreements, general terms and conditions, data processing agreements (DPA), etc.;

Participate in the creation, improvement, and updating of contract templates, in French and English;

Identify and analyze legal and contractual risks in order to advise teams in their decision-making;

Support teams on topics related to personal data protection, notably participating in the creation and review of documents such as consent templates and privacy policies;

Advise the various business units of the company and make legal topics accessible and understandable to non-legal interlocutors;

Raise awareness and, when necessary, train operational teams on the legal issues that concern them;

Ensure legal and regulatory monitoring and contribute to the evolution of the legal department's practices and tools;

Participate in the drafting of procedures in collaboration with the Quality department;

Participate in Audits (clients, ISO 20252.);

Ensure regular reporting and update legal tracking tables;

You will evolve in an international environment where a large part of exchanges, negotiations, and contractual documents are carried out in English.

Profile

Holding a Master 2 in business law, contract law, or an equivalent qualification, you ideally have 4 to 5 years of experience, with a strong focus on contract law;

You have solid experience in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly client and supplier contracts;

Experience as an in-house lawyer is appreciated, but not essential;

You have knowledge of or a real appetite for topics related to personal data protection;

Knowledge of the healthcare sector, pharmaceutical laboratories, or more broadly the healthcare industries is a plus;

Autonomous, reactive, and proactive, you know how to analyze a problem, research relevant information, and build your recommendations;

Pedagogical and diplomatic, you know how to simplify complex legal topics for non-legal interlocutors;

Rigorous, adaptable, and organized, you have a business sense, know how to manage priorities, and enjoy teamwork;

You are comfortable with IT tools and master the Pack Office, especially Word.

Bilingual English
