Copilot Studio Developer (AI Agents | Power Platform)

We are looking for an experienced Copilot Studio Developer to join our team and support us in designing, building, and implementing modern solutions based on Microsoft Copilot Studio.

We are looking for individuals with documented commercial experience – we care about practical implementation and design skills, not just theoretical knowledge.

Engagement terms:

Area: IT Consulting

Location: 100% remote

Travel: no

Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a maximum 1-month availability to start)

Rate (determined individually):155 - 165 PLN net + VAT / h*

Engagement: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term (12msc+)

Daily tasks

• Designing, creating, and implementing custom AI agents and conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrating Copilot Studio with external systems and cloud services.
• Creating and optimizing workflows that support business process automation.
• Collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver solutions based on Generative AI.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Practical commercial experience working with Microsoft Copilot Studio (designing, building, and implementing solutions).
• Knowledge of AI Agents and Conversational AI topics.
• Ability to create system integrations.
• English at a communicative level in speaking and writing (B2+ level preferred).

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform area (with a particular focus on Power Automate).
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI solutions.
