Factory Supervisor

Job Description:

Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets, quality, and safety standards are met.

Coordinate with operators, technicians, and quality control teams to maintain smooth workflow.

Monitor machine performance, report issues, and support maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with production schedules and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a factory or production environment.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of processes and machinery preferred.
