Electrical engineer

1.Provide pre-sales and /or post sales technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment and systems 2.Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems that arise during start up and those related to motor control centers, variable speed drives (AC & DC), switch gear, AC/DC motors and transformers 3.Inspect malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem to recommend repair, replacement or any other corrective action 4.Coordinate problem resolution with engineering department, shipyard employees and ship’s crew 5.Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure on-going customer satisfaction 6.Conducts training sessions for customers, engineers, technicians and others as required 7Prepare and timely submit complete and accurate field service and other technical reports 8 Perform in-house engineering, technical and support work. 9. Able to travel
