Project & Logistics Coordinator (AutoCAD)

We are looking for a responsibleand hands-on Project & Logistics Coordinator to support our projectplanning, inventory management and daily warehouse operations.

This is a hybrid office andwarehouse role , suitable for someone who is organised, detail-oriented andcomfortable working both on drawings/systems and hands-on operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rack layouts and project drawings using AutoCAD
• Plan project requirements, rack configurations and material quantities
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory system records
• Monitor stock-in/out and reconcile physical stock against system records
• Prepare inventory and project reports using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate and prepare materials for deliveries and installation projects
• Receive, check, pick and pack incoming/outgoing stocks
• Support daily warehouse and logistics operations
• Assist with loading, unloading and container receiving when required
• Maintain proper warehouse organisation and stock accuracy
• Coordinate closely with office, warehouse and installation teams

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in project coordination, inventory, warehouse or logistics preferred
• Comfortable using inventory / ERP systems
• Good numerical, planning and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse work
• Willing to work night / extended hours when operationally required
• Responsible, punctual and a good team player

Racking industry experience is not required. Training will be provided.
