I. Job Details & Salary Package 岗位详情与薪资待遇

  1. Tea Artisan Manager 茶艺师店长
  • Salary 薪资：Basic + Allowance S$4000 -5500+ Performance Bonus (Uncapped)

底薪+补助 S$3500 -4500+ 业绩考核奖励（上不封顶）

  • Benefits 福利：Free Staff Meals | 4 Rest Days/Month | 7 Annual Leave Days | CPF Contribution | Double Pay on Public Holidays

包工作餐 | 月休 4 天 | 年假 7 天 | 缴纳公积金 CPF | 法定假日双倍工资

  • Working Hours 工作时间

Middle Shift (Mon–Fri): 11:30–15:00 Middle Shift (Sat–Sun): 11:00–15:00 Night Shift (Daily): 17:30–22:00

  1. Full-Time Tea Artisan 全职茶艺师
  • Salary 薪资：Basic + Allowance S$3000 + Sales Commission

底薪+补助 S$3000 + 销售提成

  1. Part-Time Tea Artisan (Mid-Shift ONLY • Long-Term)

兼职茶艺师【仅中午半天班・长期稳定】

  • Salary 薪资：Basic + Allowance S$1400 + Sales Commission

底薪+补助 S$1400 + 销售提成

  • Salary 薪资：Basic + Allowance S$1600 + Sales Commission

Daily: 17:30–22:00

II. Job Requirements 任职要求

  1. Genuine passion for traditional tea culture, service-oriented attitude

热爱传统茶文化，具备良好服务意识

  1. Good communication skills, polite, patient and responsible

沟通良好、耐心细致、工作认真负责

  1. Willing to learn tea brewing techniques, tea knowledge and cultural etiquette

愿意学习茶艺冲泡、茶品知识及茶文化礼仪

  1. Neat and professional personal grooming

仪容整洁，保持良好职业形象

  1. F&B / customer service experience is preferred

有餐饮、服务、销售经验优先

III. Core Job Responsibilities 工作内容

  1. Professionally introduce tea varieties, brewing methods and tea culture to customers

为到店客人讲解茶品特性、冲泡手法及茶文化知识

  1. Deliver standard tea service and basic tea art demonstration

提供标准化茶饮服务、基础茶艺展示

  1. Daily arrangement, cleaning, inventory and maintenance of tea sets & tea products

负责茶叶、茶具的摆放、清洁、保管及日常盘点

  1. Complete daily work records and monthly stock taking

做好日常工作台账、月底库存盘点上报

  1. Manager Only：Responsible for daily store operation, team scheduling and sales target achievement

店长额外负责门店运营管理、团队排班、业绩目标达成
