Job Description & Requirements Ensure work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors. Need to work on week end also Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and safety standards Excellent construction skills Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time. Able to understand drawings and calculations of Site Materials Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VOs. Manage issues on site and resolve them Report to the Project Manager on site matters and progress of work Attend to Site Meetings Compliance with safe work procedures
