COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN (CAD) OPERATOR

In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, shop floor drawings, and production instructions for staircase and balustrade systems. Working closely with our production team, you will turn architectural plans into precise manufacturing outputs. We provide full internal training on our specialized staircase design software (Stairbiz), making this an excellent opportunity for a CAD professional looking to advance their career with a supportive team.

Qualifications/Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture. Experience: ~2 years post-graduation experience in structural drafting, shop drawing creation, or blueprint interpretation. Technical Skills: Advanced 2D/3D CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Autodesk Inventor) and ability to quickly learn proprietary tools (Stairbiz; training provided). Core Competencies: Independent ability to read architectural/structural blueprints; detail-oriented, proactive communicator with a strong work ethic.
