Service Manager

Job Purpose The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and growth of the company's ACMV service and maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the ACMV Service Department Lead and supervise service supervisors, coordinators and technicians Ensure service works comply with safety, quality and company requirements Manage customer relationships and attend to escalated service matters Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex ACMV issues Monitor service contracts, manpower utilization, costs and department performance Work with Management to develop and grow the Service Department Requirements Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline or Min. 10 years' experience in ACMV industry Experience supervising technicians and managing service operations Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Able to handle customers, service contracts and technical issues independently
