ETL Engineering (Delivery) Lead

Your tasks

• End-to-end delivery of Data Transformation projects
• Organizing the work of a team of 3 to 10 ETL/ELT engineers
• Ensuring a consistent delivery roadmap across business products and Use Cases
• Resource planning and prioritization
• Planning all technical platform dependencies
• Working with the business and BAs to make sure requirements are well understood and documented
• Signing off functional requirements and delivering functional and technical specifications
• Enforcing ETL design principles (CDC, data deduplication, regulatory retention) and implementing the cross-functional data model with the Data Architect and Product Owner

Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Engineering
• Strong experience in Banking Data
• Proven Software Delivery lead
• Demonstrated Experience of translating high-level business requirements into functional and technical Data Design, data mapping documents, documentation of data transformation business driven logic
• Experience with ETL solutions : Datastage/Informatica/Talend
• Strong coding and database skills : GCP, Oracle, Python, Spark, shell scripting
• Experience in Data Integration projects such as Datawarehouses or data migrations
