Senior HSE Specialist

• Ensure operational safety and compliance with all applicable HSE requirements and standards.

Maintain and implement HSE policies in accordance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify, report, and eliminate unsafe conditions and practices.

Investigate operational incidents, accidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and prepare investigation reports.

Develop and implement preventive and corrective actions, risk assessments, and improvement opportunities.

Conduct Risk Assessments and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.

Deliver Toolbox Talks, safety training, coaching, and awareness sessions to operational staff.

Ensure the effective implementation of HSE procedures, policies, and work instructions.

Monitor and follow up on HSE-related customer complaints and ensure appropriate corrective actions.

Raise employees’ awareness of potential hazards and promote a strong safety culture.

Monitor subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and regulations.

Manage and maintain MSDS/SDS for chemicals used in operations and assess their associated risks and environmental impacts.

Identify HSE risks and operational obstacles and take appropriate actions to ensure safe and smooth operations.

Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably within an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Good knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.

HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent are highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Emergency Response, and Workplace Safety.

Good communication, leadership, training, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to conduct Toolbox Talks and HSE awareness sessions.

Must be a Menoufia residents.
