NONDESTRUCTIVE TEST INSPECTOR SUPV

You will serve as a NONDESTRUCTIVE TEST INSPECTOR SUPV in the QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR.

Major duties

• You will supervise, direct and coordinate nondestructive test inspection operations for nondestructive test inspectors and leaders.
• You will conduct daily job site reviews and provide surveillance of in-process inspection operations.
• You will review technical work documents and nondestructive test inspection procedures prior to final acceptance of the product.
• You will coordinate work with supporting or related work functions controlled by other supervisors and establish deadlines.
• You will participate with supervisors of the various crafts and codes in the initial planning of and future nuclear and nonnuclear work schedules, budget requests, staffing needs, estimates, and recommendations.
• You will ensure new technology and lessons learned are incorporated in the processes of the Nondestructive Test Division and establish suitable methods of assessing and improving processes and inspections.
• You will provide complete technical and professional service directly affecting the section.
