TROGROUP GmbH is looking for a 1 Team Lead of Global SAP Center of Excellence S/4HANA (m/w/x)

DEINE AUFGABEN > YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and drive the SAP strategy, target architecture and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Own and lead the global SAP S/4HANA rollout program at management level, promoting a clean-core and standardized process approach
• Oversee adjacent applications (e.g. Workday, xSuite/xFlow), ensuring effective roadmap management, lifecycle governance and seamless integration with SAP
• Establish and govern demand, project and change management processes, including portfolio prioritization and investment decisions
• Lead the SAP CoE organization, manage budgets, vendors and strategic partners, and ensure delivery excellence through the Delivery Manager
• Ensure compliance, security, risk management and business continuity across the application landscape
• Build, develop and inspire a high-performing global team while driving organizational change and user adoption

DEIN PROFIL > YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field
• 10+ years of SAP experience, including several years leading an SAP CoE or global SAP organization
• Proven success in SAP S/4HANA transformation and international rollout programs
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration concepts and end-to-end business processes
• Experience managing cloud/SaaS applications and their integration with SAP
• Expertise in portfolio, demand and governance management, as well as vendor, contract and budget leadership
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Customer-oriented, results-driven and confident working in international environments
• Genuine people leader with excellent soft skills: empathy, active listening, the ability to coach and give constructive feedback, and to resolve conflicts
• Fluent in English and in German
• Willingness to travel internationally

Last but not least, under Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary for this position.

This amounts to EUR 53.241,02 gross per year for a full-time role (according to the Metal Industry collective agreement).
