Spa Manager

Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate a team of massage therapists, estheticians, and receptionists. Oversee budgets, control operational costs, set pricing, and track revenue targets. Ensure clients receive high-quality service, handle feedback or complaints, and maintain client loyalty. Manage retail and treatment product stock, negotiate with vendors, and uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards. Develop advertising campaigns, design spa menus, and promote wellness packages to attract and retain clients.

Requirements:

Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related wellness fields. We welcome candidates from Lebanon, Morocco, India, the Philippines, and Egypt to apply. Knowledge of high-end spa products and treatments, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and specialised wellness techniques. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, yacht, or private setting.
