Account Manager

Manage daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.

Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Monitor cash flow and support management in working capital management.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.

Develop and improve financial and accounting procedures and controls.

Enhance accounting processes and improve operational efficiency.

Lead, manage, and develop the accounting team.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

7+ years of accounting experience , including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax laws and regulations.

Strong experience in financial reporting, closing processes, and reconciliations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems or ERP systems .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional commitment.

Experience in fast-growing companies or dynamic work environments is a plus.
