We?re looking for an energetic and friendly Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you?ll help lead daily operations, support your team, and ensure our guests enjoy a fantastic experience. *Duties*

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts.
• Support team members by providing coaching, training, and supervision to foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee food preparation and quality control to ensure menu standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Manage cash handling procedures and operate POS systems efficiently during transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Participate in hiring processes by interviewing potential candidates and helping build a strong team.

*Requirements*

• Previous supervising or restaurant management experience is highly preferred.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Experience in customer service within the food industry or hospitality sector.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen procedures.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
