An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proactive and discreet EA to join a leading private equity firm based in the West End, supporting at the senior level in a fast-paced, collaborative and highly professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary management and international travel arrangements.
- Coordinating meetings, events and expenses.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting Partners with discretion across business and occasional private support.
- Working collaboratively with the international EA pool, plus wider teams.
- Get involved in wider company admin and initiatives as needed.
About You
- Proven EA experience, ideally within private equity, investment or financial services.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Highly discreet, proactive and confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook and Office skills.
This role is paying up to £75k DOE plus discretionary bonus, benefits and is office based 5 days a week. REF: CP215087
