We’re urgently hiring Special Education Teachers for an inclusive, student-centered public charter school in Smyrna, TN. These teams prioritize high-quality IEP practices, meaningful relationships, and school cultures where teachers are supported, respected, and empowered.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure access to grade-level content
• Build strong relationships with students and families
• Use data to drive progress toward IEP goals

• Content Specialists (Math + ELA)
• Low-Incidence Special Education Teachers

Requirements

• Tennessee teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Greater Nashville-area residency
• Background check clearance

Compensation $50,000–$80,000, depending on experience and education (direct hire with school partner). Benefits included.
