Job Description

Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team and service our established clientele base, which consists mainly of interior designers, architects and industry clients . The role involves working closely with designers and clients on their project requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating samples and orders, and providing timely follow-up and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and support the company’s existing clientele base of interior designers, architects and clients.
• Work closely with designers and clients to understand their fabric, wallpaper, leather, vinyl and soft-furnishing requirements .
• Assist with product selection, specifications, samples and pricing .
• Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries and ongoing projects.
• Check stock availability, pricing and lead times with suppliers.
• Coordinate samples, cuttings and hangers for designers and clients.
• Process and follow up on sales orders and purchase orders .
• Coordinate order confirmations and delivery schedules with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders and project details.

Requirements

Experience in fabrics, wallpaper, interior design, soft furnishings or hospitality projects would be an advantage.
