Job Description

Booking & Logistics Operations: Manage bookings and container allocations with shipping lines, coordinate inland transportation, monitor the loading process, and send final loading details.

Shipping Documentation & Releases: Prepare shipping documents (Commercial Invoices & Packing Lists), track containers, send documents to clients, and manage the Telex Release process.

Shipment Tracking: Maintain and update the daily shipment follow-up sheet.

Certificates Management: Track, receive, and log all required export/import certificates in Excel.

Archiving & Cloud Storage: Scan and digitally archive all shipping documents, VAT forms, foreign trade documents, and support files on Google Drive / Dropbox , as well as maintaining physical hard-copy files.

Export Subsidies & Support Files: Prepare comprehensive export subsidy files (including budgets, archive files, and required forms).

Customs & Logistics Clearance: Communicate directly with freight forwarders and shipping lines to finalize all customs clearance procedures.

Invoice Auditing: Review and audit all incoming invoices from shipping lines and freight forwarders.

Monthly Accounting Reconciliation: Submit monthly Excel reports to the Accounting Department linking invoice numbers with customs statement numbers.

Cost Tracking: Log all freight invoices into the Cost Sheet and follow up with the Accounting Department.

Checking the documentation sent by the supplier before sending it to our local company.

Technical Knowledge Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.

Good understanding of Incoterms and international transportation processes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
