Content Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Your tasks

Role purpose Help the operations team identify beauty-industry content trends, gather references and ideas, and support topic planning through Mandarin-Indonesian workplace communication.

Job Descriptions

• Trend monitoring: observe digital content trends relevant to the beauty industry on the platforms used by the team.
• References and ideas: collect content references and creative ideas relevant to operational needs.
• Planning support: help develop topics and content ideas for discussion with the team.
• Findings summaries: summarize platform observations so the team can understand trends and their potential application.

Requirements

• University graduate. Fresh graduates are welcome; no minimum work experience is required.
• Understands internet/social media trends and demonstrates content awareness and creative thinking.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin for everyday work, type in Mandarin and use Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cengkareng, including the alternating Saturday.
