Product Specialist – OR & ICU Medical Devices

Job Summary

The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting and supporting the company's ICU & OR medical devices portfolio by providing technical and clinical support, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals across Cairo, Giza, and Fayoum.

Responsibilities Promote and present ICU & OR medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations.

Provide technical and application support to customers.

Follow up on sales opportunities and customer inquiries.

Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Arrange and participate in workshops, conferences, and training sessions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and product developments.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.

Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field .

1–3 years of experience in ICU & OR medical devices .

Experience with one or more of the following products is preferred: Patient Monitors

Ventilators

Anesthesia Machines

Infusion & Syringe Pumps

Electrosurgical Units (ESU)

Operating Tables

Surgical Lights

Suction Units

Defibrillators

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Good technical and clinical understanding of ICU & OR medical devices.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Good command of English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Own a car with a valid driving license (Preferred).

Must be a resident of Cairo, Giza, or Fayoum .
