AI-Powered Full-Stack Developer

About the Role We’re looking for a fast-moving, AI-Powered Full-Stack Developer who can turn business ideas into real, working products. You’ll work directly with business stakeholders to take an idea from Concept → Figma → Architecture → Development → MVP → Pilot — independently and with minimal dependency on the Core Development Team. This is not a role where you only receive tickets and implement features. You’ll own the solution. You’ll use modern development practices and AI-powered tools such as Codex and LLMs to build smart, efficient, and scalable applications faster. Review Figma designs and translate them into functional products.

Understand business flows and challenge requirements when needed.

Design the database, APIs, and application architecture .

Build robust backend services using C# / .NET / ABP .

Connect and work with React frontends.

Build complete End-to-End MVPs from scratch.

Implement authentication, authorization, permissions, and Multi-Tenancy when required.

Work with PostgreSQL / SQL .

Handle basic deployment and production setup.

Fix issues and improve the product during the Pilot phase .

Build reusable components and solutions instead of reinventing the wheel.

Estimate development effort before jumping into a new opportunity.

Document what you build so the solution can evolve with the business.

Use AI coding assistants, Codex, LLMs, and automation tools to dramatically improve development speed and efficiency.

2–5 years of software development experience .

Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET .

Solid experience building REST APIs .

Experience with ABP Framework is a major plus.

Comfortable working with React and able to move across the full stack.

Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

Good understanding of Multi-Tenant Architecture .

Ability to turn a Figma design into a real application .

Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and permissions.

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Comfortable owning a feature or application from idea to delivery .

Strong interest in AI-assisted development and hands-on experience with AI tools

Ability to learn quickly and choose the right technology or approach for the problem.
