Business Development Executive (Fluent in French)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Development & Prospection

• Support the finalization and presentation of offers for our IT services.
• Lead prospection activities for IT/Digital (Marcom) and Sourcing services.
• Identify and qualify prospects through structured data sourcing and segmentation.
• Support the BD team in managing the full sales cycle: outreach, prospect interactions, needs assessment, proposal building, negotiation,...
• Bachelor’s degree in business field or related.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in business development
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• High level of autonomy and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and French, Vietnam would be an asset
• Honest, proactive, social, creative
• Able to travel for business trip
