Catering Assistant

Duties to include
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of food in line with company standards.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate tills and handle customer transactions where required.
- Replenish food displays, counters and service areas throughout the day.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in dining areas, kitchens and food preparation areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils and catering equipment using manual and mechanical cleaning methods.
- Follow all food hygiene, allergen and Health & Safety procedures.
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries correctly.
- Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of replenishment requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond positively to customer enquiries.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Support the wider catering team with additional duties as required.
