JOB DESCRIPTION
The mission is simple; always be the best part of someone?s day. We are a neighborhood bakery specializing in sourdough breads, viennoiserie, desserts and specialty coffee.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bake all sourdough breads, baguettes, croissants and morning pastries following company recipes and processes
- Mix doughs, shape, proof and score breads every morning
- Follow recipe and procedure standards for scaling, prepping dough for breads or other pastry products
- Ability to use standard pastry kitchen equipment such as ovens and mixers
- Meet daily and weekly production requirements set out by the Head of Bread & Viennoiserie
- Clean, sanitize and organize workstations daily
- Follow all health and safety polices and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 year pastry related experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
