Responsible in attending and handling customer transactions on merchandise return/exchange, SM Advantage Card process, package counter deposited items, pick up counter parcels, gift wrapping items, gift delivery service and Item Left by Customer (ILC).
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or College level with experience
