General Manager

Job Description

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure overall companyperformance and efficiency
• Develop, implement, and review business strategies alignedwith organisational objectives
• Lead, manage, and supervise management and operational teamsacross departments
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting,forecasting, and cost control
• Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and businessdevelopment initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards,and local regulatory requirements
• Work closely with key stakeholders, partners, and serviceproviders
• Report to directors/shareholders and support long-termplanning and business expansion initiatives

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role,preferably at senior management level
• Strong leadership, organisational, and people managementskills
• Solid understanding of business operations, financialmanagement, and strategic planning
• Ability to make sound business decisions and manage multiplepriorities effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to workindependently
• Familiarity with the local business environment andregulatory framework is an advantage
