OPD Coordinator Internship

Assist in managing patient appointments and follow-ups.

Support registration, check-in, and patient flow within the OPD.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure timely consultations.

Maintain and update patient records and treatment logs.

Guide patients through OPD procedures and answer basic inquiries.

Monitor waiting areas and ensure smooth operations.

Participate in data collection and reporting for quality improvement.

Duration : 3 Months

Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry , Pharmacy , Medicine , Nursing , or any other medical field .

Basic understanding of clinical workflows and outpatient services.

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Familiarity with hospital information systems or willingness to learn.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
