collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Operations and other teams to deliver one seamless customer experience

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

successfully completed a training in the hospitality industry and/or have a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or comparable

at least 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management and have successfully led and developed teams

passionate about hospitality, people and building meaningful business relationships

leadership experience and know how to motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals

think strategically with an entrepreneurial mindset and know how to turn creative ideas into results

confident working across international markets, cultures and stakeholder groups, building lasting partnerships along the way

have a data-driven mindset, paired with the curiosity and confidence to challenge the status quo

fluent in English and ideally bring good German language skills
