Oversee the procurement of non-technical goods and services, such as office supplies, facilities management, and maintenance services (MRO).

Support corporate initiatives by implementing regional and global agreements at the plant level.

Identify cost-saving opportunities through competitive sourcing and effective negotiation for all categories of spend.

Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliable delivery.

Conduct the full procurement cycle, including creating RFQs, issuing purchase orders (POs), managing confirmations, tracking deliveries, and resolving invoice discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (production, planning, maintenance, and warehouse teams) to forecast material requirements and optimize inventory levels.

Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies to meet demand and mitigate supply chain risks.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards.

Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial), Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.

Preferred: Experience in the Cement, Heavy Industry, or Manufacturing sector.

Essential Skills: Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement processes and ideally, familiarity with mechanical spare parts and industrial equipment.

Negotiation: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and perform cost analysis.

Systems: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or MS Dynamics) is a significant plus.

Organization: Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple priorities.

Procurement Knowledge: General understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
