Job Descriptions:
- Assist in monitoring and supporting daily operational activities.
- Maintain documentation and keeping accurate records of operational-related activities.
- Support in tracking and updating operational activities using systems such as Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Support in ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security standards in daily operations.
- Assist in checking inventory accuracy and helping reconcile stock data within our system.
- Help to prepare and update regular operational reports, such as stock movement.
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduate or Final semester student from all majors (Preferably in Management, Business Administration, and Logistics Management).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management and administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and possess strong growth mindset to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Owns a personal device (laptop).
- Available to work on-site at Dago, Bandung.
