Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Rack Law Group is a Personal Injury law firm located in Arizona. The firm focuses on car accident, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases, and is seeking 2 full-time intake specialists.

Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills/Requirements:

In order to adequately perform the tasks requested, this position will require the candidate to possess the following qualifications, responsibilities, and skills/requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone intakes with clients
• Prepare intake documents for the assigned paralegal

Skills/Requirements:

• Fluent in English (reading and writing)
• Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment
• Strong time management skills
• Effective planning and execution ability
