You will collaborate across PwC teams and with local and international clients to deliver practical cybersecurity and resilience solutions.

What your role will look like

As a Cybersecurity Experienced Consultant, you will help organisations translate cybersecurity challenges into practical, business-focused solutions. You will contribute to security, risk and regulatory transformation initiatives, helping clients strengthen resilience, manage emerging risks, and make informed decisions in areas such as operational resilience, AI security and cybersecurity governance.

  • Design and enhance cybersecurity governance and security operating models, including policies, standards, processes, controls, and accountability frameworks.
  • Assess cybersecurity, technology and operational risks across business processes, digital initiatives and existing technology environments, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Support clients in meeting regulatory expectations, including DORA, NIS2 and related frameworks, by building prioritised and realistic compliance roadmaps.
  • Evaluate and strengthen the security posture of AI and GenAI deployments, focusing on data governance, access management, third-party risk and emerging threat scenarios.
  • Assess organisational maturity against recognised frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF, supporting audit readiness, certification efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate technical risks in a clear business context, enabling senior stakeholders to make risk-informed decisions.
  • Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership and the adoption of new technologies, including AI-enabled tools that enhance the quality and efficiency of cybersecurity engagements.

Your growth and opportunities

Develop expertise across cybersecurity strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance and emerging technologies, including AI security. Gain exposure to a diverse range of industries, transformation programmes and senior stakeholders. Over time, take ownership of larger workstreams and contribute to shaping client cybersecurity and resilience strategies.

The skills you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity consulting, IT risk management or a related discipline.
  • Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, including threats, vulnerabilities, risk appetite, risk tolerance and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Proficient knowledge of cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks, including DORA, NIS2, EBA guidelines, CSSF expectations, the EU AI Act, ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.
  • Experience contributing to cybersecurity, risk, governance or compliance engagements while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English and French.

Ways of working

  • You analyse complex information, challenge assumptions and apply sound judgement to translate cybersecurity issues into practical business recommendations.
  • You collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines, building trusted relationships with colleagues and clients to achieve shared outcomes.
  • You actively seek opportunities to develop your knowledge, adopt new technologies and continuously improve how work is delivered.
  • You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation.
