Your tasks
The successful candidate will be responsible for both strategic HR planning and day-to-day HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR administration.
Requirements
We are looking for a competent, strategic, and results-driven HRD Manager to lead and manage the company's overall Human Resources & Development function.
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role or leading an HR team.
- Strong knowledge of both strategic HR management and operational HR processes.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience in HR policy development, SOP, manpower planning, performance management, and employee development.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits, payroll, BPJS administration, and industrial relations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for HR reporting and data analysis.
- Good command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.
- High integrity, strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to work full-time in Tangerang/Alam Sutera.
