Warehouse Sparepart Admin

Manage and maintain accurate records of project materials and spare parts inventory in the warehouse system.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials and spare parts.

Receive, verify, and record incoming materials and spare parts against purchase orders and delivery documents.

Prepare and process material issuance requests for project activities, maintenance, and production requirements.

Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or material management.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Accurate, or similar warehouse management systems) is an advantage.

Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.

Willing to work shift and be placed in Banyuasin, South Sumatera
