Staff Marketing

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development, preferably in an outsourcing or B2B service company.
• Understanding of outsourcing service marketing, including manpower services, cleaning services, security, and general services.
• Ability to identify potential clients, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Proficient in delivering presentations, negotiating, and preparing business proposals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to conduct client visits.
