Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Staffing: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and coordinate with hiring departments to complete the hiring process.
  2. Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage onboarding, probation confirmation, internal transfers, and offboarding, ensuring complete documentation and smooth processes.
  3. Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, employment contracts, and other HR records while ensuring confidentiality.
  4. Attendance and Payroll Support: Compile attendance, leave, and overtime data, and help verify information required for payroll and benefits administration.
  5. Employee Relations: Respond to HR inquiries, facilitate employee communication and feedback, and support a collaborative working environment.
  6. Policies and Procedures: Help develop, update, and implement HR policies and standardize processes in line with local labor requirements.
  7. Training and Team Activities: Coordinate new-hire orientation, internal training, and team activities.
  8. General Administrative Support: Assist with office supplies, meeting arrangements, and other daily administrative needs.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or higher qualification; a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  2. At least 2 years of HR experience, with a sound understanding of recruitment and day-to-day HR administration.
  3. Ability to manage recruitment independently, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and progress tracking.
  4. Working knowledge of local labor regulations and basic employment requirements.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including spreadsheets for managing employee data.
  6. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, discretion, and good time management.
  7. A proactive approach to identifying issues, coordinating resources, and following through on solutions.
  8. Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin for work is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working in a growing company or establishing HR processes from scratch.
  2. Experience using recruitment platforms such as Glints and LinkedIn.
  3. Experience with payroll, employee benefits administration, or HR systems.
