We are looking for a tech-savvy Architect to join our team and lead the transition from initial concept to final certification.

Καθήκοντα

The Role : You will be responsible for the architectural subdivision (διαχωρισμός) of commercial floor plans into stylish modern apartments, ensuring every square meter is optimized for value and livability.

• Design & Subdivision: Lead the architectural design and strategic subdivision of properties into multiple residential units.
• Technical Compliance: Issue Electronic Building Identities (Ηλ. Ταυτότητα Κτιρίου) and Energy Performance Certificates (ΠΕΑ).
• Site Supervision: Conduct on-site supervision (Εργοταξιακή Επιβλέψη) to ensure construction aligns with design intent and quality standards.
• Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders from the permit phase to delivery.
• Tech Integration: Utilize and integrate software tools to streamline design workflows and project tracking .

Απαιτήσεις

Are you an Architect who loves the challenge of breathing new life into old spaces?

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensure: Professional licensure/certification (member of TEE) is required.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of the New Building Regulation (NOK) and Greek building permits.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD) & knowledge of Adobe suite and an interest in software integration/digital workflows.
• Language: Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
• Creativity & Rigor: A strong eye for interior aesthetics combined with a meticulous attention to regulatory detail.
