Your tasks

In Children with Disabilities you will hold a caseload of children with complex needs: assessment, support planning, safeguarding where needed and transition, with health and education partners who are used to working as one team.

What the work is Long term work with disabled children and their families. Care packages, short breaks, education health and care plans and transition to adult services. Relationships here run for years rather than weeks.
