Talent Acquisition Officer

Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment process for all company vacancies Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for all retail positions. Screen applications, conduct telephone and online interviews, and recommend strong candidates. Coordinate interviews with department heads Conduct reference checks and verify employment history where required

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Proven experience recruiting for retail or sales roles  Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Experience using recruitment platforms to source candidates
